Remsons Industries has informed that the Company shall submit / publish audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 within the prescribed time limit of sixty (60) days from the close of financial year i.e. on or before May 30, 2013. The Company shall also submit the audited financial results in respect of the last quarter along with the results for the entire financial year.The Company will therefore not adopt unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2013.
