NLC India informs about disclosure

In compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NLC India has informed that following: 1) Neyveli Uttar Pradesh Power (NUPPL) is a Joint Venture Company of NLC India (the company), and Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam, with an equity participation of 51:49 respectively. 2) NUPPL is in the process of setting up a Coal based Supercritical Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 1980 MW (3 X 660 MW) at Ghatampur Tehsil in Kanpur Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh. 3) After completing all the pre-requisites, Unit -I (660 MW) has been successfully synchronised with 765 KV grid at 04:23 AM on 04.11.2023. 4) This is a major milestone of the project. Further activities are progressing towards Commercial Operation Declaration (COD).
