S&T Corporation has informed that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI LODR, 2015 the Complaince with Corporate Governance as specified in regulation 17 to 27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub Regulation (2) of 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply in respect of the Company having paid upmequity share capital not exceeding 10cr and net worth not exceeding Rs 25cr as on the last date of previous financial year. As per latest audited financial of the Company as of March 31, 2023 the paid up equity share capital of the Company was Rs 6.36 Cr and net worth Rs 8.26 Crore. Hence requirement of filing of disclosure of related party transaction for the half year ended September 30, 2023 is not applicable to the Company.
