Further, as per Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the company has already intimated to Exchange on September 28, 2023 that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain close for all Promoters and Designated Persons from October 01, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.
