In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SJVN has informed that Rajeev Sharma has ceased to be a Director on our Board with effect from 31-10-2023 pursuant to the notification no. 1-15/73-Dp-Apptt (2023) dated 31st October, 2023 issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh relieving him from the post of Secretary (Ayush, YSS, P&S, MPP&Power and NCES) to the GoHP, Shimla. In accordance with the Article No. 33(d) of the Articles of Association, ‘A Director representing a Ministry of the Government of India or any Administrative Department of the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall retire on his ceasing to be an officer of that Ministry/ Administrative Department’. Hence, Rajeev Sharma has ceased to be Director of the Company with effect from the date of the above notification i.e., 31st October, 2023.
