CLC Industries has entered into an agreement with Harman Cottex & Seeds on November 6, 2023 to transfer Butibori Undertaking on slum sale basis in accordance with the implementation of the Resolution Plan as approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal bench, New Delhi vide its order dated May 12, 2023. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 45 crore.
