Expo Gas Containers has informed that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today on Tuesday the 07th November, 2023 transacted following business: Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2023 along with the Limited review report of the Statutory Auditors and any other routine business. The Financial Results will also be published in widely circulated English and Marathi (Vermicular)- newspaper in the prescribed format for that purpose. The Board Meeting commenced at 3:15 pm and concluded at 3:45 pm.
