Prestige Estates Projects has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2023 (Q2FY24).

The company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 129.00 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 45.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 25.48% at Rs 1,057.70 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 842.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported over 6-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 910.30 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 148.60 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 120.79% at Rs 3,256.00 crore for Q2FY24 as compared to Rs 1,474.70 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
