Heranba Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives and all the connected persons covered under the Code of Conduct under PIT Regulations amended from time to time, with effect from November 08, 2023 (Effective Date) till the expiry of 48 hours from the Effective Date. Accordingly, all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives of the Company are informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
