TD Power Systems has informed that the company (TDPS) and BRUSH SEM s.r.o (Czech Republic) have entered into two agreements on November 8, 2023 in terms of which TDPS will manufacture and supply Generators primarily for the Oil and Gas market based on Baker Hughes BRUSH technology design and TDPS design respectively. This is a prestigious agreement and is expected to bring mutual benefits including an increased presence in the worldwide energy market. In this regard, the company has enclosed Annexure – A pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
