Aster DM Healthcare’s wholly owned step-down material subsidiary--- Aster DM Healthcare FZC has incorporated Aster Shared Services Centre (ASSCPL), a wholly owned subsidiary Company in India on November 08, 2023.
The main object of ASSCPL is to provide software solutions for information technology, telecommunications, other technology driven segments, back-office support services/ outsourcing services for all functions including human resources, finance, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, information technology, payroll, procurement, revenue cycle management and such other ancillary services in India and abroad. ASSCPL has been incorporated to consolidate Shared Service Centre Operations and Aster Digital Health operations under Aster DM Healthcare FZC.
