Tata Power commissions 21MW wind project in Rajasthan

Tata Power, India's largest integrated power utility and a leading wind power generator with an operating capacity of 397MW, has successfully commissioned the 21MW wind project in Rajasthan. The company has signed an agreement of installing 30MW in the state of Rajasthan.

With this, the total power generation capacity of Tata Power stands at 8,521MW, reinforcing its position as the largest integrated Power Company in India. Generation through clean sources such as hydro, wind and solar today stands at 873MW and thermal power generation capacity at 7,648MW. Tata Power is India's leading wind generation company with an operating capacity of 397MW spread across five states Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Karnataka.
