Keystone Realtors has entered into an Agreement for Sale with Haren Textiles and Harit Synthetic Fabrics for acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 16,152.29 square meters situated at Dahisar (East), Mumbai. The consideration under the Agreement for Sale is on a staggered basis subject to fulfillment of necessary conditions precedents.

The company expects to generate a potentiality of approximately 6 lakh square feet (on carpet area) from the development of the said Land, as per the extent provisions of Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2023.
