Dynavision has informed that in the Meeting of the Board of Directors held today, which at 11.00 am and concluded at 12.20 pm, the following decisions were taken: Authorization to Grant Loan to its Subsidiary namely Dynavision Green Solutions as and when required, pursuant to the approval of the members obtained at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 September 2023. Further, the details as per SEBI Circular dated September 09, 2015 and July 13, 2023, shall be intimated once the loan is availed by the Subsidiary; considered various options for raising of funds and appointed a registered valuer in this regard for taking further decisions.
