Vedanta’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Malco Energy has incorporated a new wholly owned Subsidiary in the name of ‘Vedanta Copper International VCI Company’ on November 14, 2023. Vedanta Copper International VCI Company is incorporated for exploring growth opportunities in new geographies. Cost of acquisition is Saudi Riyal 1,00,000 (1000 Shares of Saudi Riyal 100 each) by way of subscription to the share capital.
