Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para-A of Part-A of Schedule-III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015’), Ircon International has informed that Ritu Arora has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company. The Management has accepted her request of early relieving and accordingly, she has been relieved from her duties with effect from 16th November, 2023. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are provided in Annexure-1. Copy of her resignation is attached as Annexure-2.
