Centrum Capital has entered into Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for transfer of its entire stake in its subsidiaries viz., Centrum International Services Pte. (CISPL), Singapore and Centrum Capital International (CCIL), Hong Kong alongwith its subsidiary CCIL Investment Management, Mauritius. After the sale of CISPL, the company will receive consideration of Singapore Dollars 202,000, while it will receive Hong Kong Dollars 735,000 after the sale of CCIL.
