Pursunat to the Regulation 30 & 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Regulations), Raunaq EPC International has informed that it enclosed copy of the ‘Notice of Postal Ballot to the members of the Company’ published by the Company in the newspapers ‘Financial Express’ (English) and ‘Jansatta’ (Hindi) on November 18, 2023. Further the company has informed that it has not been able to file this intimation within the time prescribed as per the Regulations due to the weekly off.
