Raghunath International has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, considered, approved and taken on record the following: The Appointment of Aggarwal & Rampal, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration no. 003072N), New Delhi as Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Kumar Piyush & Co. (Firm Registration no. 005120N), Chartered Accountants, and hold office from the conclusion of ensuing Extra-ordinary General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the company to be held in the year of 2024, as recommended by the Audit Committee and subject to the approval of Members of the Company. The resignation of Kumar Piyush & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration no. 005120N), vide letter dated on 11.11.2023, is accepted and taken on record with effect from the date of resignation letter. Details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9,2015, are enclosed as Annexure-A.
