Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) and other applicable regulations of SEBI LODR, Eureka Forbes has informed that Link Intime India - Registrar and Transfer Agent of the company has received intimation frorm the shareholder about loss of share certificates and request for issuance of Letter of Confirmation against such loss. As required under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI /HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a ‘Letter of Confirmation’ will be issued in lieu of physical duplicate share certificate, after necessary due diligence and approvals.
