Pursuant to Reg. 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Lloyds Metals And Energy has informed that NSE & MSE have vide their communication dtd. 21.11.2023 imposed a fine on the Company with respect to certain non-compliance under Reg. 17(1A) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company is in process of making applications to NSE & MSEI with detailed justification highlighting that the Company is in due-compliance of Reg. 17(1A) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and requesting waiver of fines imposed.
