Deep Diamond India has received an approval from Committee of Creditors (COC) to acquire Oasis Ceramics on November 22, 2023. The object for which the target entity is incorporated is in line with the business expansion plans and one of the ancillary objects of the main objects of the Company. Cost of acquisition is Rs 32.15 crore.

Deep Diamond India is in to manufacturing and wholesaling exclusive diamond jewellery. It also deals in loose diamonds, solitaries and gold frames.
