Bgr Energy Systems has informed that the Company was meticulous in making necessary disclosures under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. All other information concerning the Company as sought by the Exchange(s) from time to time have also been furnished by the company so far. The Company vide its disclosure dated 06/09/2023 intimated the Exchange(s) that after the conciliation proceedings, the Company and Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) have finally agreed a total compensation amount of Rs.418,82,09,500 plus Euro 29,256,261 and the net payable amount after adjustment towards advance amount shall be Rs.294,42,89,500 plus Euro 15,676,611 and the same be paid by DVC within 90 days from the signed conciliation document dated 19/08/2023. Accordingly, the said amount was received by the Company on 16/11/2023.
