Farley assumed office of Chairman in 2013 after passing of her father Late Hemendra Prasad Barooah, founder of B&A Group. Since then, her mentorship and guidance have been source of inspiration to every employee-member of the B&A Group. Beyond corporate success, Farley was known for her hospitality, compassion and warmth.
