Surana Telecom & Power (Surana Telecom) has acquired 60% of the paid up equity share capital of Yellow Renewable Energy, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on September 14, 2011. Pursuant to this acquisition, Yellow Renewable Energy has become a subsidiary of the company.
Recently, the company had entered into lease agreement with Fortuneart Wires and Cables, Secunderabad for lease of its 'Power Cables' manufacturing facilities along with assets thereof situated at Plot No. 215/A, Phase II, IDA, Cherlapally, Hyderabad - 500 051 for a period of 3 years.
Surana Telecom & Power is engaged in the business of manufacturing of petro products such as petroleum jelly and telecom products such as jointing kits.
