His last date of working with the Company shall be January 31, 2024. The details with respect to change in Senior Managerial Personnel of the Company as required under Regulation 30 of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are annexed and marked as Annexure-A along with copy of Resignation Letter.
