Karur Vysya Bank has inaugurated four new branches - Three in Tamil Nadu and one in Karnataka on November 29, 2023. With this the total branch network of the Bank increased to 831.
The bank has opened 828th branch at Dobbaspet, Nelamangala Bangalore, Karnataka, 829th branch at Pernambut, Vellore District, Tamilnadu, 830th branch at Tiruvennainallur, Villupuram District, Tamilnadu and 831st branch at Marakkanam, Villupuram District, Tamilnadu.
Karur Vysya Bank is among six old generation private sector banks that have been identified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to implement Speed Clearing at Mumbai.
