In continuation of the intimation dated August 10 2023, TD Power Systems has informed that the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board has, on terms & conditions stated in its letter dated November 27, 2023 allotted 15.00 acres of land to the Company in the Japansese Industrial Township Vasanthanarasapura 3rd Phase Industrial Area, Tumkur District for setting up a facility for manufacture of ‘Electrical Generators, Motors, their sub-assemblies and Parts.’ The proposed project, for which the land is allotted, will enable the Company to extend / expand its production facility with a 3rd manufacturing plant, in addition to its current manufacturing units in Dabaspet, Nelamangala Bengaluru Rural. This will be modern facility with 5S, Kaizen initiatives, Lean Manufacturing systems & will provide for future growth or expansion (next 3-5 years) to cater to new products, higher volumes & to respond to emerging opportunities.
