Flair Writing Industries has debuted at Rs 503.00 on the BSE, up by 199 points or 65.46% from its issue price of Rs 304.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 452.70, up by 148.70 points or 48.91% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 514.00 and Rs 452.70 respectively. So far 6.94 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between November 22, 2023 and November 24, 2023 was subscribed 46.68 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 304 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 288-304 apiece.
Flair Writing Industries is among the top three players in the overall writing instruments industry and occupy a decent market share in the overall writing and creative instruments industry in India.
