KK Shah Hospitals has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 07th December, 2023, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2023. Further, the company informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed from 01st December, 2023, and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the communication of the aforesaid financial results to the Stock Exchange.
