Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Garg Furnace has informed that the shares have been reported lost/misplaced and the registered holder/legal heirs thereof have applied to the Company for issuance of duplicate share certificates/Confirmation Letter. Documents duly completed in all respects were received on 01.12.2023. Any person who has/have claim in respect of the shares mentioned may lodge such claims with the Company within 15 days from the date of this communication, failing which the Company will proceed to issue ‘Letter of Confirmation’ in lieu of physical duplicate share certificate as per SEBI Guidelines in respect of the said Shares. Details of the shareholders and share certificate are enclosed.
