Borosil has informed that the Scheme has been made effective from today, Saturday, December 02, 2023 (‘Effective Date’) by filing requisite forms with the office of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai; Pursuant to the Scheme & with effect from today ( the Effective Date): Scientific and Industrial Products Business of the Company stands demerged into Klass Pack; Borosil Technologies stands amalgamated into Klass Pack and accordingly ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company; and Klass Packas well as Goel Scientific Glass Works also ceases to be subsidiaries of the Company.
