In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BCL Industries has informed that the Company alongwith its subsidiary Company (Svaksha Distillery) had participated in a tender floated by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) inviting various molasses and grain based distilleries for supplying Ethanol during Ethanol Supply Year (ESY) commencing from 01/11/2023 till 31/10/2024 at their various locations across the country. In addition to above Svaksha Distillery has also bagged an order to supply 0.1 Lac ltr of Ethanol to Reliance Industries with an order value of INR 6.73 Cr. Details of the allocations are attached.
