Simmonds Marshall has entered into definitive agreement for sale of 49% equity stake in Formex (FPL), an associate Company. The completion of the transaction is subject to certain consents and other formalities. Hence, on completion of the transaction, Formex shall cease to be an associate of the Company. The transaction is expected to be completed by December 31, 2023 or as mutually agreed by the parties.
