Commissioner of Income Tax, giving effect to the order of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court regarding the Scheme of Demerger between Hind Lamps and the Company and their respective shareholders and creditors, under Section 143(3) read with Section 260(1A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, which results in a refund of Rs 11.17 crore for assessment year 2020-21.
