The project is named as ‘Shraddha Paradise’ and full Intimation of Disapproval (IOD) has been taken for the project along with Plinth Commencement Certificate. This landmark project has the potential to develop 1,48,000 square feet of sale area and is likely to generate potential revenues of over Rs 400 crore in the coming 3 years. The work has commenced on site and the completion of plinth work is in process.
