Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Deep Polymers has informed that, the Company has ordered the following two machineries: Twin Screw Compounder ZDK 32 MC 18 made in Germany having total ordered value of EURO 3,21,500 for enhancement of the production capacity of 15% and Compact Laboratory Spinning machine made in Italy having total value of EURO 3,82,000 for Lab Testing. This voluntary intimation is being given for the information of Shareholders/ Members.
