Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant applicable rules, General Insurance Corporation of India has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today have considered and approved the appointment of Suresh Savaliya (Membership Number: ACS A15545) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation in place of Satheesh Kumar, Deputy General Manager, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Corporation. The appointment shall be effective from the date of taking charge of the office of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel by Suresh Savaliya. Also informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have considered and approved the appointment of Ashwani Kumar Arora as Appointed Actuary (Non- Life Reinsurance Business) of the Corporation in place of Sateesh Bhat. The appointment shall be effective from the date of taking charge of the office by Ashwani Kumar Arora, to be intimated in due course.
