Shalby has received an approval for availing of enhanced renewed SBLC facility of Rs 170.0 crore (from Rs 110.0 crore) from ICICI Bank, to be utilized for guaranteeing the scheduled principal and interest payments of the Overseas subsidiary (step?down subsidiary of the Company) Shalby Advanced Technologies, Inc., USA. The Management Committee of Directors at its meeting held on December 12, 2023 has approved the same.
Shalby is a chain of Multi-specialty tertiary care hospitals based out of Ahmedabad. It has combined bed strength of more than 700 beds with its multispecialty hospitals across Gujarat and Goa.
