Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, MOIL has informed that, subject to approval by the appropriate authorities, the Board of the company at its meeting held on December 13, 2023 has approved Joint Venture agreement for formation of 51:49 Joint Venture Company between MOIL and Gujarat Mineral Corporation (GMDC), for manganese ore mining in the State of Gujarat and Draft Joint Venture agreement between MOIL and Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation (MPSMCL), for manganese ore mining in the State of Madhya Pradesh. Further details in the above matters will be submitted in due course. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11.45 am and concluded at 2:45 pm.
