Further, it has informed that Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine, a Wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated its Wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Adani Renewable Energy Fifty-Five (‘ARE55L’) on December 13, 2023.
