The Resolutions placed through the Postal Ballot were passed with requisite majority. It enclosed Voting Results in format prescribed under Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, Scrutinizer Report dated 13th December, 2023. The Voting Results along with Scrutinizer Report will also being made available on the Company website at www.wardwizard.in.
