In accordance with the stipulations outlined in the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eastern Logica Infoway has informed that, contingent upon the availability of the name with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, CRC, the Board of Directors, in its Meeting held on 13th December 2023, has Sanctioned the alteration of the Company's name from ‘Eastern Logica Infoway Limited’ to ‘Logica Infoway Limited.’ It is Imperative to note that this change is contingent upon obtaining approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, CRC, members and other pertinent Statutory/ regulatory authorities. The company will promptly update on the progress of these approvals.
