In continuation of earlier letter dated 13th December, 2023 and Pursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations) Regulation, 2015, Superior Industrial Enterprises has informed that Kajal Garg, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company (Key Managerial Person) resigned as on 11th December, 2023 from the post of KMP, the resignation letter was received on 13th December, 2023 by the Company. Her successor shall be appointed in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Exchange.
