CARE Ratings has informed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a warning to the Company vide its communication (Letter) dated December 14, 2023. The details of the same forms part of Annexure A. The Company vide its letter / email dated December 15, 2023 has requested an opportunity to represent before SEBI`s inspection team, to reconsider the observations stated in the Letter. Notwithstanding the above, there is no impact on financial, operation or other activities of the Company pursuant to the abovementioned Letter.
