With reference to its letters dated 03/11/2023 and 08/11/2023, BGR Energy Systems has informed that the Company has received communication from the fifth bank informing downgrading the Company's account with it to non performing asset category. RBI divergence was stated as the reason for the downgrade by the said bank. The Company is regular in servicing the interest and other charges due to this bank as on date. As a matter of abundant caution and in the interests of transparency, the Company is making this disclosure.
