With reference to BSE email dated December 15, 2023 bearing No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/VK/ 2023-2024 / 3754 pertaining to the movement in price of its scrip, Yug Decor has informed that all the necessary disclosures including price sensitive information, if any, has been disclosed by the Company from time-to-time as prescribed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) within the stipulated period and in its opinion, there is no announcement (including impending announcement) which may have a bearing on the price behaviour in the scrip of the Company. Hence, the movement in price / volume is purely market driven and the Company has no control over the same. The company reiterated that it has always and will continue to adhere to the compliances required under the Listing Regulations and other applicable laws.
