Diamines and Chemicals soars as its arm gets CTE for plant of formulation chemicals, Lithium based derivatives

Diamines & Chemicals is currently trading at Rs. 503.05, up by 13.35 points or 2.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 489.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 500.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 507.00 and Rs. 497.95 respectively. So far 858 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 686.75 on 31-May-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 390.00 on 14-Feb-2023.

Diamines and Chemicals’ wholly owned subsidiary -- DACL Fine Chem has received Consent to establish (CTE) on December 18, 2023 from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) for Proposed Plant of Formulation Chemicals and Lithium based derivatives in unit of M/s. DACL Fine Chem at Bharuch.

Diamines and Chemicals has been the sole manufacturer of Ethyleneamines in Indian subcontinent for more than two decades
