Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mahanagar Gas has submitted the newspaper advertisement of the Notice given to shareholders requesting them to claim the unpaid/ unclaimed interim dividend for FY 2016-17, on or before March 18, 2024, failing which the shares in respect of which dividend has remained unpaid/ unclaimed by the shareholders for seven consecutive years or more from the date of its transfer to Unpaid Dividend Account and the unpaid/ unclaimed interim dividend amount for FY 2016-17, shall be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.
