Veer Savarkar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025 on Thursday, January 04, 2023, at 11.30 am to consider and to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2023. The trading window, as described in 'Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading' of the company as per SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulation will remain closed for the above purpose from December 20, 2023 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the un-audited financial results of the company.
